• Emergency contact info and optional medical notes (visible only to the coach running the session and admins)
• Payment references: Venmo handles submitted alongside registrations
• Booking and attendance history

HOW WE USE IT

• Schedule and confirm training sessions
• Match Venmo payments to registrations
• Contact you about your sessions (approvals, reminders, cancellations)
• Emergency response during sessions

WHO CAN SEE IT

Parents see their own registrations, players, and bookings. Linked players see their own data. Assigned coaches see the roster and notes for their programs only. Admins see everything for operational purposes. We do not sell or share data with third parties beyond the service providers needed to operate the app (hosting, email delivery, etc.).

YOUR RIGHTS

Email the admin to request export or deletion of your data. Deleting your account cascades to your players, registrations, and bookings.
